Yacht for Sale in Wake Island

Richard Noggle’s yacht, which he built on Wake Island (a.k.a. Enen Kio*) in the middle of the Pacific, is for sale. The asking price is $32,000. The reason he’s selling his ‘project boat’ is: “My hips are giving me enough problems that I can no longer work on the boat as much as I need to.”
