One of Majuro’s most beautiful and accessible beach getaways is Eneko Island, which is on Majuro’s northern shore about 25 minutes by boat from downtown Uliga.

Owned by the Reimers family, the highlight is a small cottage on the beach. Nearby is a simple building with three bedrooms (one with a double bed, the others with two singles). There is a separate cookhouse.

DAY TRIPS: RRE Hotel can also help you with day trips, which cost $30 per person, including boat transfer.
